Hanalei Bay Resort is located on the picturesque north shore of Kauai. You will fall in love with the panoramic views of Hanalei Bay and the Makana Mountain Ridge, also known as Bali Hai, where you will see the glorious colors of the sunset every evenings. These privately owned, air-conditioned units at Hanalei Bay Resort feature: 22 tropically landscaped acres. A paved path to a white sand beach where you can snorkel and soak up the sun, sand and sea, (a short 5 - 10 minute walk or you can request complimentary golf cart shuttle). Large, lagoon pool with sandy bottom children's beach, sandy bottom spa, both with cascading waterfalls. Smaller pool located by the pavilion where there are 3 Weber gas BBQ grills and a stove and oven. Water sports activity desk where you can rent beach equipment. Tennis Pro and shop and 8 Plexi-paved tennis courts. No charge for guest use, but reservations must be made. A $28 per day resort fee will be charged upon check-in. This includes free Wi-Fi throughout the property and rooms, use of the resort amenities, including the 2 pools and 8 tennis courts, free local and US long distance calls, and use of the front desk safe deposit boxes on a first come/first served basis. This fee includes the $8 per day parking for the first vehicle. Additional vehicles will need to pay $8 per day for parking. The resort and parking fees are subject to taxes. Princeville is a golfer's paradise with the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed Makai Golf Course. Hiking trails, ziplining, horse back riding, surfing, stand up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities available in the area. There are many dining options to choose from in Princeville. These include the Nanea Restaurant at the Westin Resort, Federicos Fresh Mex Cuisine, Lotus Garden Chinese and Thai, and Tiki Iniki located in Princeville Shopping Center. Many more are located in the town of Hanalei, only a few minute's drive away.
